Most recently, Edmondson has partnered with health insurance professional, John Roos, to create Day One Strategic Advisors, a firm bringing innovative companies to employers across the US to improve revenue, lower expenses and increase the bottom line.

Edmondson formed Trinity Fund Partners in 2010 to bring investment banking services such as capital formation, Employee Stock Option Plans (ESOP) valuations, succession planning and buy-side services for emerging and middle market companies.

He is a business development-oriented finance professional with a unique and diverse career in financial services, including "Big 4” public accounting and has been involved with numerous startups in various roles, investment and merchant banking. He’s been part of M&A deal teams executing nearly $600 million in transactions.

Edmondson has served as Controller, CFO, VP Business Development and CEO for several early-stage companies in a multitude of industries, from logistics to high-tech.

Previously, Edmondson served as CFO for Aphora Health, a startup company formed to bring more affordable international healthcare to US employers in the areas of high-cost specialty medicines, surgeries and cosmetic, non-covered services.

Prior to that, he was EVP Finance at Price MDs, a company that provides products and services to lower costs to the self-insured market in the areas of specialty meds and expensive surgeries.

He was also Senior Vice President at Paragon Bank, Senior Audit Manager for Coopers & Lybrand/PWC and for Deloitte & Touche.
